This is a high quality shakuhachi made by the renown maker from Kanto area Ebinuma Chikuyō (竹揚) – probably the 2nd generation.
It is an excellent Rokusun Ji-ari with a great old style Kinko sound and a great playability.
I added 2 bindings with urushi to prevent a light surface crack from getting worse.
