1.8 Kinko ji-ari shakuhachi signed – Restored by Chikudo

Here is a great ji-ari shakuhachi kinko style; it’s a fine craft of a sober aesthetics from an unidentified maker (“TSU…”).
Perfectly balanced, this very responsive shakuhachi has a great flexibility of tone. The Ro, very stable and beautiful is really delightful !
I think it’s a ‘modern’ kinko flute (second half of 20th C.) regarding its bore design but clearly made in respect to the tradition of old kinko style.
This excellent ji-ari shakuhachi will satisfy advanced or professional players.
