Ji-ari Shakuhachi 1.8 in D – Japanese Madake
I have kind of ‘adopted’ this shakuhachi which was abandoned in the beginning of its making process (only joint and holes were roughly made). I completely made up this shakuhachi with my personal touch (especially with the bore design) and finally decided to sign it with my Hanko (adding the life guarantee of all my instruments).
This shakuhachi is a very good advanced level ji-ari, powerfull and bright, it answers perfectly to all the kinko fingerings.
