This very nice ji-nashi in C is made from a beautiful piece of French Bamboo with nice patterns on the skin; It has 8 nodes harmoniously placed.
Its timbre is clear and sweet, perfectly balanced on 2 and half octaves. This shakuhachi has a very good response.
This ji-nashi is very well suited for playing honkyoku repertoire.
