Ji-nashi shakuhachi 2.1 in B
This ji-nashi is very well balanced, has a very good response allowing an easy playing and carries a tone colour rich in harmonics. The Ro and all other notes are stable and strong; we have space to play with various tone colours.
All of these make this shakuhachi a very good player which I was honoured to have it tried by Zensabo master Okuda Atsuya in London who gave me a very positive feedback on it.
Lacquered with several layers of dark red urushi (bengara) with kinko horn inlay and shaved roots (in kezurine style).
